Is this working?

This is my first time growing and i want to make sure i do it correctly without wasting a ton of money. I attached some images of my first grow after i germinated them for 24 hours in a water bowl. Then did the paper towell method until the root grew out of the seed. Ive put it in soil for a day but i want to make sure my set up is enough for now

    you need to get a t5 light.  those seedlings will outgrow that desk lamp in no time
