Due to unforeseen circumstances, data within GrowBuddy CaseFiles has been lost during a recent server migration. Questions, comments, and votes that were submitted between February 25th and March 11th are, unfortunately, irrecoverable due to timing delays in our off-site backup systems. We have taken steps to ensure this doesn't happen again in the future and we sincerely apologize for any inconveniences this has caused.
This issue only affects the GrowBuddy CaseFiles site and does not affect garden data from the GrowBuddy app for members using the "Online" mode for device synchronization. Not only do we have more extensive protocols in place to backup and secure encrypted garden data, but each gardens' data is stored locally, on device, in an encrypted local store.
We appreciate every member in the GrowBuddy community and we hope to continue to serve you in any way we can. New exciting updates are on the horizon, over a year and a half in the making, and we are very excited to get them in your hands soon. Stay tuned.
